Hickman Lodge is situated in the centre of Penarth Town, with easy access to shops restaurants, public houses, take-away banks and a short walk from bus stops and railway stations.

The Esplanade and sea front are a leisurely walk away through Alexandra Park. There are also many coastal and country walks including Cosmeston Lakes and Medieval Village.

Cardiff is only 3 miles away with a beautiful shopping centre mingled with restaurants bars theatres and cinemas that sit in perfect balance with Cardiff Castle , the Civic Centre,  Cardiff University and of course the Millennium Stadium.

You can travel to Cardiff Bay by Car or water taxi where you can experience a fascinating science theatre at techniquest, take in a movie, go ten pin bowling, relax at one of the numerous waterside bars or restaurants or dance the night away.
